People come and go leaving footprints in our lives. Some are in our lives only for a short while and others for a lifetime. When a true best friend comes along they change our lives forever. All in the while we are both growing and changing in our own lives. Sometimes you can grow apart from your friends but most of the time you will grow closer if your true besties. You want to share the moments of excitement, new dates, new boyfriends and anything else that may be exciting for you to them. Whenever you have free time you want to be together, usually being inseparable. Best friends grow into family. You learn firsthand moving across the country a few times, that you don’t always have family there for you but instead your friends that stood by your side no matter what. True friends shine during holiday time when new traditions are made among them. Best friends fly across the country to surprise their best friend at work showing up in a Lamborghini. When you are down in the dumps they are always there to talk to you and cheer you up. They are there for you when others stab you in the back and break your heart. They help you to get back on your feet. They tell you when you are crazy but still support your choices in life. I will always cherish those close to my heart that have left long lasting footprints.
